Good but had problems 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Only 18 hole course in LufkinNice tee boxesChallenging holesOk flowOk signage

Cons:

Up-keep is sporadicSome holes signage wrongMost holes have no visible way of knowing where the basket isPoor baskets.

Other Thoughts:

I have been to this course a few times. Only once was the course in an up-kept manner. Tall grasses, trees down around a hole, missing basket, bushes grown around things, and tee box had to have limbs broke and moved just to get to it. I like the course when it is maintained but just seems like that is not very often.
