Pros:

Amazing course! It had great elevation changes that felt natural and unforced...shooting over valleys and swamps (with boots provided for retrieval of discs...LOL). Mostly long par 4 shots, but a couple par 3 birdie / Ace...good shot type and length variations. Gold tees were awesomely insane and offered huge drives and set-up shots, but there were 3 other tee off points! The natural setting was very beautiful and spotlessly clean with wide open lanes and plush moss carpeting on most of the course. The 1st hole really sets the stage for what you are about to see...shooting up and around a bend into a valley...next shot shoots up a semi steep rocky hill with a basket nestled in a sloped rock outcropping...beautiful! After a long round...the 18th hole will blow your mind...very much like the 1st hole, but even more intense...haha! This has to be the best course I have played on...thanks Paul!!!

Cons:

You would have to dig really deep to say anything negative about this place...while the gravel tee offs were the best I have seen (level and tamped down nicely...cement pads would make this The Ultimate Disc Golf Course...having said that the gravel tee pads fits the rural setting better.

Other Thoughts:

This was worth the 4-5 hour drive!!!

Pros:

Multiple tee settings (4 on most holes)
Great homemade baskets that catch very well
Amazing land, private, secluded
Course offers many par 4s and 5s from the GOLD tees
Many tunnel shots that go left or right, good upshots are required, lots of elevation, OB lined fairways, well-maintained fairways
Great basket locations on hillsides (hole 18) and well-manicured greens.
Benches on a few holes, lots of shade, very friendly owner (he let me play even though course was closed)
A great course, very challenging from gold tees.

Cons:

Can be very swampy in a few areas
Green baskets can be hard to see first time through
Nasty deer flies that ate me up
Kind of difficult to find for an out-of-towner
Hmmmm, not much at all

Other Thoughts:

This course is worth playing if you are in the area but be sure to call first.

I will be back to play here someday and I'll bring bugspray

This course plays LONG and is a great balance of power shots and touch shots. Great fairways that required some pitch outs if you get in trouble off the fairway.

This is the direction disc golf should be going. Long par 4s and 5s with a balance of deuce holes.

Just check the few pics I posted and you will begin to understand the beauty and challenge this course presents.

From the Gold layout I shot a -1 (61)
