Heavily wooded with a fair amount of elevation change. The course is designed to be fun for the school P.E. classes but also challenging for intermediate level players. There will eventually be a blue & gold level 18 hole course that utilizes more of the property and will combine some of the holes from the short course.

From Huntsville: Take US-231 S for around 13 miles to a right onto AL-36. Drive for 8.3 miles to a left onto Cotaco-Florette Rd. Go 4.4 miles until you come to the high school just after you cross Hwy 67.
Enter campus at the lower entrance beside the main building. Take the first left and follow it until it dead ends behind the football stands. Turn left and go to the overflow parking lot entrance on the right. Parking is across the parking lot beside the first tee.
