Pros:

Set in a Neighborhood and is NOT a multi use park. It is a 9 hole disc golf course only. For what it is, there are actually some holes with a bit of length. 3-4 holes (no posted distances for this course) were 300ft, or longer. There is room to open up the arm a little bit, especially if you are looking for a Safari layout, without fear of hitting a house, car, person, or otherwise. Older DGA (I believe Mach IIs) catch really well. There are more and more housing developments in the area doing this kind of "small community course" type thing around here and I hope it continues.

Cons:

Tee pads are not pads. They are a 4'x4' square curb box with grass in the middle of them. We teed off from behind every tee pad. 2 baskets are missing and have been for awhile. There are no maps of the course, so finding your way can be tiresome, at first. Flat open holes. The few trees that are there were not used to make any hole stand out. Ground Squirrel holes Everywhere! Be careful and watch your footing, or suffer a rolled ankle!

Other Thoughts:

For what it is, I cannot complain, to much. I stopped because I was visiting someone that lives in this neighborhood and had my 10 year old with me. He liked the course and we did a putter only round. To use this as a beginner course, practice course, or if you live close, would make it more palatable. I can't say it screams FUN, though.
