Why not use the woods?

Pros:
- Easy to follow course
- Baskets look good
- Concrete tee pads in good shape
- No one else plays this course but you
- Good for introducing the game to new players
- Right off the major road in town

Cons:
- Construction has destroyed hole two and I assume hole 3's tee pad as well as I couldn't find it
- Standing water on the fairways and around the baskets at least when I played it in December
- Most holes are wide open with not much challenge
- There is a wooded section in the back of the park that would be perfect for a course but was not used at all

Other Thoughts:
Overall a pretty bad course and not worth playing unless you're a course bagger with a serious addition problem. Why they didn't use that wooded section is beyond me. Being that this is 10 minutes from the Hideaway I see no reason to play here, just go there instead.
