Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Apr 4, 2009 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Its a shorter course with some good technical holes. There are three different tees for each hole and all holes feature good teesigns. Generally the grass is kept short and you wont have to spend a lot of time looking for discs. Baskets are nice and catch well.

Cons:

Tees are often slanted, or on inclines/declines.
While it is a shorter course with technical holes, most of the holes are too easy and become basically deuce or die type of holes.
Hole 2 doesnt have a real fairway and the only way to legimately reach the pin is with a thumber. Throwing backhand you have to be lucky to avoid all the small trees that are planted in the fairway. Only 9 holes

Other Thoughts:

There is a big lake in the middle of the park and the holes are placed around it. There is only one hole from the long tee's that potentially plays over water, so as a advanced golfer the lake shouldnt really come into play. But if you a recreational golfer with some difficulty in throwing the direction you want, the lake could cost you some discs. There is parking available if you arrive by car, otherwise its just a 15 minute walk from Roskilde Train station. There are benches and picnic tables on the course

Damn that lake 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Jan 9, 2009 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

This is only the second course I have tryed, and it is wery different then my home course, very technical, lots of trees and lots of level difference/hilly, and a disc eating lake.
The tee´s are grass and when I played it was muddy.
It´s a public park and near the trainstation and town center.

Cons:

It´s only 9 holes.

Other Thoughts:

I was thinking of bringing my whife and kit next time, the park has a great playground.
I wish I was better so I could go here more often, but it´s to difficult for a beginner like me.
I have to plan to play only in winter, so I can walk on the ice on the lake and get my disc back.
Hole 8 is nise !!
