Nice, but not spectacular 2+ years drive by

Pros:

awesome hole on the beach
some very easy holes
some challenging holes
good use of the area

Cons:

quite some wind (close to the shore)
lots of people when the sun is out
some holes are a tad boring

Other Thoughts:

worth playing when you are in the area, not worth a long drive
