Pros:
Nice variety--long holes, short holes, elevation changes, wide-open shots, tight shots.
Well-kept grounds.
Cons:
No real tees or even marked tee locations. A few tee areas (as indicated on the map) are on sidewalks or other paved areas, though.
Availability of the course and some holes depends on what other activities are happening on the property. Several fairways cross parking lots, streets, sports fields, or footpaths.
Long walks between some holes.
Near-impossible to navigate without a map.
Some baskets were either abused or poorly installed, and were a little lopsided.
Other Thoughts:
This is a fun course, but don't expect to play it quickly or necessarily play all the holes. Playing on a Saturday, I had to skip one hole with a fairway that went across a parking lot full of cars.
The map is absolutely essential if you're playing this course for the first time. Find it under the Links/Files tab. It's very well done--thanks to whoever put it together!
All in all, this is a good course that is well worth a try. Don't let the pros to cons ratio deter you; the pros are big ones, and easily outweigh the cons.
