Pros:
It's not terribly far from 95, off exit 48. Located on the site of the old mini golf course and batting cages spot. It's just a 9 hole course but it's fairly open, there are a few very large trees but most of the shots are fairly open and easy. The ranges are 182 feet to 453. It's compact, not a lot of walking or steep elevations. Every hole is right along the parking lot. Not a lot of dense forest or running rivers. Decent winter course because it gets a bit of sunlight. Has a little restaurant and bar on site and other activities. The score cards have a nice map attached to navigate the course, it's a sturdy postcard size card.
Cons:
The teepads are old plywood boards, can be slightly confusing to find the teepads. But the score card has a map. Baskets are a little old and rusty, short course. Not a lot of challenging stuff, everything is straight forward. It's a good place to just practice driving or putting.
Other Thoughts:
I'm not sure if they plan on adding to it. It was a cheap $5. The attendants in the big house are friendly, I believe they have a regular 18 hole golf course and simulation golf as well. It's not a bad course if you want something quick, convenient and easy to play before dark.
