Mix of tight, long tunnel shots, shot shaping around mature trees, many blind baskets, elevated 6' basket on two holes, two water carries, some open shots. Manicured fairways surrounded by very rough 'tall grass' with blackberries, thorn bushes.

Hole 1 is a blind shot with many mature trees to find a line between. Hole 2 is downhill, between solar panel arrays, with only one straight, low line to the basket. Hole 3 plays back to 1's basket with choice of two gaps around mature trees. Hole 4 might be the signature hole, a very long downhill tunnel shot right-to-left, but with basket on the right. Hole 5 is an uphill, tunnel shot, with blind, guarded basket recessed far right and blackberry patch left edge of tunnel. Hole 6 is a blind par 4, long tunnel shot out of the woods to open grass, very hard 75 degree left turn to the basket. Hole 7 has dense woods left, blind to the 6' basket around an evergreen tree. Hole 8 is an open, blind, uphill, short par4 with basket recessed into the woods. Hole 9 is open, downhill, small trees and blackberry patch to carry, basket edge of woods.

Hole 10 is designer's favorite hole, blind par 4, downhill, open at first with narrowing fairway and guarded basket. Hole 11 is blind, low ceiling, left-to-right back to 9's basket. Hole 12 is also blind, left-to-right back to the elevated basket. Hole 13 is blind, left-to-right back to 6's basket. 11, 12, 13 have very dense woods right and tall grass left. Hole 14 is a pathway walk over two bridges to the first water carry. The tee box is crowded with nearby trees, short water carry, back into the woods to a guarded basket. Hole 15 is a 250+ water carry over the pond. Always swirling winds over the pond. There is a poison Sumac patch on the right and steep elevation downhill, back uphill to basket, edge of woods. Hole 16 plays right-to-left, pond on the right, guarded basket recessed in woods on the left. Hole 17 used to have a triple mando, as a tree struck by lightening fell diagonally across the fairway. A recent storm partly fell that diagonal tree, so the mando is now a double mando tunnel shot left, right, with a diagonal tree right in line with the shot. Hole 18 is very uphill, wooded, with few tight lines around between trees to a beautiful green.
