ground is rough in the pine tree area, only one basket for hole one. No tee signs at the moment. There is a large pavilion between holes 1 and 2 with restrooms, but they were locked.
On the campus of the International Paper Mill, the course IS open to the public, but has stated hours of 7am to Sunset. Course starts to the right of the park entrance with a blue practice basket nearby.
The course then mostly flows counter clockwise around the small park ending in the rows of pine trees. There are Red (short) baskets and White (long) baskets. Hole one didn't seem to have a White basket in the ground.
There are no tee signs, but you can spot the next tee box from the previous baskets in almost every case.
