Pros:
-Great property
-Well marked tees
-Variety of shots needed to score well
-No totally unreachable holes (to par)
-Shot shaping is paramount
-Little traffic
-The rough is rough, but fair!

Cons:
-Teepads need improvement
-Costco baskets, but they still catch
-Only 9 holes
-It is private property, so you must be respectful
-Holes 2 3 and 4 sometimes have a flooded drainage on the left side, but that is rare
-The rough in the woods can be rough, but still pretty fair

Other Thoughts:
Great local course, feels like an awesome backyard course. It's only 9 holes but if there were an extra set of tee pads for each hole, it would make for an awesome 18 hole course!! I would chip in for slightly better baskets as well, the course deserves it!

Private land, but open to the public
Good mixture of layout (open/wooded)
Baskets, not tone poles
Surprisingly difficult!

Dirt teepads (will be upgraded SOON though)
Other Thoughts:
Closed on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings, but open to the public all other times. The people here are great! Created a course just to give young families something to do, but don't have to be members of the church or anything.
