Birdie Fuel Coffee Co.

If you haven't seen the news yet....We have officially sponsored Nate Perkins and Tina & Eric Oakley!

Grab their signature blends HERE to support these amazing people.

In other news... we have discs set to be stamped, campfire mugs & some other treats getting close to release!

Thank You all for your support with this project!

P.S. My favorite coffee of all time is Perk Up! Big, bold taste that delivers an amazing espresso as well. Check it out.

Chocolate-Covered Espresso Beans have been added to the website! These are great for a mid-round power boost :)

I could support this. I have a question.

My #1 determination in buying beans is, I want to know how fresh it is. Do you put the roasted date on the bag?

Thanks

The roaster we use does not give us a "roasted on" date but they assure us that it is less than two weeks before we place the order, and usually the beans are roasted only a couple days prior to the order. The roaster seals the beans into our vented bags then quickly ships them to us. The best way to assure the freshest beans is to make a purchase as soon as we announce a restock.

Any PerkUp! purchases directly benefit Nate Perkins' touring efforts.
Any Live Your Dream purchases directly benefit Tina and Eric Oakley's touring efforts.
And speaking of sponsored pros, stay tuned for newly added sponsored players... we have some very exciting announcements to make very soon ;)

Thanks esdubya!

That's cool in the short term while you guys are setting up, and almost everything ordered now is sure to be pretty recently roasted. But I would tend to agree with others that I want to know roast dates. I typically don't like to buy anything roasted more than 2 weeks ago.

Personally I have a decent burr grinder and a Chemex at home (with goose-neck kettle = *game changer*). I buy all my beans through my local coffee shop, and if you want my business the roast date needs to be on there. Good luck though. I might not be your target demographic, which is fine. And there are drawbacks to putting the date on there, mostly it gives your inventory a shorter life, which can and will cost more $. It might not make sense for you unless you are going after the coffee geek (3rd wave riders) folks like myself.

It's amazing what a difference a Gooseneck Pour Over can make. Who woulda thought? LOL

Something I'd like to do in the future is a BirdieFuel Black Label for the true fanatics. Single estate sourced, super freshly roasted, super bright, crystal clarity coffee. Some clean darker roasts as well. 100% designed for the true connoisseur. I don't know how well this will fly but I love the idea.

I whipped up some Perk Up! for some of my co workers today and it was a big hit.

I work for a local grocery chain and several of them urged me to have it slotted at the store.

We all know it wouldn't sell to the average customer but I am pumped to bring something DG powered that can hang with any of the big time coffee labels.

What it the caffeine content if the chocolate covered beans? I want to support you guys, don't drink coffee, but LOVE chocolate. Maybe they'll be a good way to get my caffeine fix without drinking Coke.

Sorry, I can't tell you yet. I'll let you know as soon as I know.
I think the post man will deliver my first batch in a few days. Kelgart will have better insight on this question!

Our first seasonal coffee, ThreePutt, is nearing the end of its season. ThreePutt is on sale now to make way for the next seasonal coffee!

So far, the "Live Your Dream" blend is my favorite. Ordered some ThreePutt and one of the new swirly wizards this morning, keep up the good work guys!
