Maybe I missed something on this thread, cuz I've been slacking on keeping up recently, but how did you do the colors on this disc?! It looks amazing! I've heard about the spaghetti and marbling techniques, but this seems different. I haven't actually seen the discs done with spaghetti though...

Thats kinda what I figured the case would be, but thanks for some actual info. I'll just try freezing it for a day or so and see how much that helps. awesome disc!:thmbup:

exactly, I was wondering if these star skeeters are similar to the flx plastic, in they blur way fast, unlike normal star plastic. I remember noticing blurring in flx plastic only a few days later. I want to avoid this happening again.

speakin of plastics and ugly, anyone dyed a star skeeter? I only ask cuz I'm planning on doing one for myself and I noticed the plastic is really flexible. I'm wondering if it will have the same fading effect of discraft's flx plastic. Don't want it lookin like this:

I agree with phil. leave it as is. too much going on in the background detracts from the awesome subject. ppl don't appreciate white space enough. Top 50 dyes of all time! someone should totally figure out how to do that on a thread. a practical way of submitting and voting on awesome dye...
