The f*ck have I done to piss off the world? Lost a great disc and then got rear ended on the way home from work. At least I have DGCR to read and enjoy!
Stepped off a sidewalk and snapped it. Had surgery, recovered, went inner tubing during the winter and snapped it again. Now I have nerve issues. Life is interesting but there is always disc.
After dealing with a second broken ankle, I am back and ready to play again. I am super stoked to see you all here. REcovery ahs been rough but I am getting back out. I am already seeing an improvement in my game this time around. I hope to get out more in the coming days.
Holy bejesus! I got out for a round this morning with my brother-in-law for 18 holes. I am so stoked to say that I am really happy with the way my round went. Well, everything but the putts! I even got 2, Count 'Em, 2 birdies! Now, that being said I did shoot +8 for 18 but I think that is not...
Disc specific is a good way to learn the discs in a bag. I was thinking something along the lines of a single form throw all the way through i.e. forehand on all throws even putts. Wow, that is a messed up idea.
The West is where it is! Them Midwesterners are all kinds of sketchy. I mean they go out on frozen lakes and say they are ice fishing. Apparently they aren't smart enough to know about a think called an ice maker on their freezer at the house.
(From the other right hand palm down Mitten!)
Went out and played my first league play of 2022. Didn't throw great but had a super fun time. League play definitely showed me that I need to work on my putting. Shot +10 on a new course effectively playing blind. I love disc golf!

Super fun course while on vaca!
Multiple Tee Pads to make for an interesting 18 holes.
Challenging shot form holes
Layout overall was very nice.
The park was busy with dogs and others.
Short holes even from the "Long" Tees.
This was a very nice course to visit while on vaca. With the disc...
I did get the opportunity to play the SunCoast Golf Center Course while in Sarasota. I will say it was an interesting course, not my favorite but maybe one to explore again sometime. The baskets did follow the 9 holes of ball golf. Pads were way to small for my liking. I also felt that the pins...
Played Payne Park yesterday. Not one of my more spectacular 18 holes, but for the first time on this course I really couldn't complain. I did learn that my discs behave differently here than they don't Denver. Straight flight eludes me in Denver but apparently not in Florida, well for most...
Well, this came in handy this morning. I am preparing to pack for a family vacation and was planning on taking a minimalist selection of discs with me to experience a few courses near Sarasota, Florida where I am staying with family.
I am planning on 5 discs total. I have way too many discs...

I have been tag number #222 for the last few months. I realized a few days ago that I has paid for my tag bit never got my metal bag tag.
I reached out to time early last week and let him know the tag never showed up in my mail. Anyway, after some research on Tim's part he found my payment and...
