Artificially beating up discs?

Several people have mentioned using the Dryer. Has anyone actually done this? It seems like it would work, but I don't want to melt it or break my dryer...

Dryer

I have used a dryer with a champ sidewinder.
I put it in with a towel with no heat for about 20 min. It still needs a few more time to be a good roller. But it does work.

I had a friend use heat on some DX putter and wrecked them. Don't use heat

Anyone tried water? I've noticed discs I find in the pond are pretty seasoned even the new champ ones. I wonder if throwing it in a fish tank for a week or two would work. If not a roc in your fish tank would at least look cool
