I didn't get to play much last year, but I managed to play a bit more intensely this spring and took some new videos. I tried to work on my weight shift and leg work and didn't get any major improvements in terms of distance, but I think my throwing motion is a bit better now. Most throws in the video were in the ~350 range (downhill, though).

Unfortunately, I'm still rounding, especially on bad throws. I also have some nose-up problems and still have very little snap (struggle to hold on to the disc), but I really don't know how to fix the latter problem. Anything else?

You are turning your front foot/leg open when you plant. Need to stride the foot more sideways and shift your weight from behind you and catch it. Your front foot strides/plants opposite of Will's.
