Everyday Aiming Drills?

Just curious if anyone has any everyday activity drills that they think help with backhand aim?

For example, for forehand it's playing fetch with my dog . . . everyday I take my dog outside to play fetch while I warm up with some putts . . . and I aim the lacrosse ball he chases at very small targets when I throw for him . . . and I feel like it has really help train my hand-eye coordination with the constant practice hitting some little gap in a tree canopy or throwing down a skinny lane in the yard.

Anyone have any everyday activities they feel help with backhand hand-eye coordination?

For me, hand eye coordination doesn't come into play on a backhand. Where the disc comes out is more dependent on how I line up my body and the angle I'm on when I plant my foot if that makes any sense.

Find an object, basket, something, or even set your bag out at 30-40 feet.
Try and throw over the bag.
