Fixing Lower Body Timing Issues

1. Stand up and relax - rear hand/posture should be closer to taking a piss. Posture is too bent over. You have to use more muscles to crouch like that.

Thanks. I swung a hammer around a few times in a more upright posture and definitely see what you are talking about.

Would you say I'm too bent over as if I was trying to throw the hammer on an extreme hyzer? Or just too bent over in general, especially in the knees?
 
Looks too bent at the knees and a bit hunched in overall to me.

Like taking a piss, it's more like starting tall and then settling into a comfortable lower and wider stance you could stay in all day.

If you were getting lower to piss into a kids urinal it would be more comfortable and less likely to splash all over the place if you just got a little wider and deeper into the stance you use pissing at the adult urinal.
 
Your foot/feet need to evert/roll/bank inward shifting back and forth, so the knee/s move/swivel ahead underneath to catch the hips/shoulders/spine/head.

Well you got your feet rolling horizontally, but lacking the rocking/tilt/vertical (need to rock n roll) - slalom ski/ride the bull in place from one foot to the other foot back and forth. There should be more sudden vertical force(drop) moving from one foot to the other foot.
