Notice how your head is turned over and leading your rotation instead of your hips, and your arm is not pulled taut through the release(not fully releasing your arm). Also notice your rear knee and ankle are barely separated and your rear femur is not turned to face the target, and your upper body is slightly tipping over instead of moving everything forward more together. You can see how Will keeps his head inline with his chest and his rear femur has turned to face the target with the rear knee fully leading the ankle so he has made a forward move from his rear foot through the knee and hip.
