Group round at my home course

Well I fixed this video. In about 6 hours it should be uploaded since my phone stops uploading the video every time the percentage uploaded goes up an increment and I have to keep telling it to restart.

I'll give AVS a shot since wmm is incapable of reading my hard drive at the moment. Sure would be nice to get that oak ledges video posted I filmed 3 weeks ago.

What format are you recording your videos in?

If it's AVCHD then that's your problem and a lot of cameras record in that. AVCHD videos are super compressed and aren't meant to be edited. You need to convert them in to MPEG which is a much better format for editing high quality videos.

Another format that will do that is MP4, with that you convert it to MPEG2.

Another thing that I've seen cause this is when you're editing with a computer not built to handle all of the rendering, or if you're computer is busy doing other tasks while you're editing.

Hopefully you got it figured out.

I'm gonna make a new thread with the fixed version.

I'm shooting in mp4 but I convert them to wmv anytime the editor gets fussy.

Working with a quad core 3ghz cpu, 4 gigs of ram and a solid gpu.

I think I just need to quit being lazy and learn a legit editing program.
