Getting ready to start my first attempt at dyeing a disc bought the ipoly dye.
And looking through the threads I've come up with this is my first try
Heat up 32 ounces of water in the microwave to 140ish degrees put the dye and mix well.
Here's the question I didn't find the answer to yet
Do you have to use the dye while it's still warm and if not do you have to reheat it every time you plan to use it?
Thanks Al

When you first mix up the dye you want to boil it, so I wouldn't use a microwave unless you want the inside of yours dyed whatever color you are using. Boiling ensures that the dye fully dissolves.

When you are actually dyeing, you don't need any heat; that just helps things go quicker, so most people tend to warm the dye up some before each dip.

I always re-boil the dye before I use it. I think the dye tends to separate out from the water after it's been stored for a while. I let the dye cool back off, until I don't see steam, before I put the disc in.

So here was my first attempt. Thanks all for the help.
