My brother wanted me to take a video of one of his drives. He's been throwing backhand for about a year now. Always threw sidearm before. Has a problem with throwing it up, but still gets around 350'.

Kind of but really it's more like the shoulder and core needs to be turned back more and lower. You want to swing the arm/disc like it weights a ton, like a sledgehammer, use your body.Thanks for the information. So are you saying the arm needs to come up? Like pull from a different angle.
