I've slowed my backswing down and also made other improvements and my backhand is feeling a lot better. Something I've been messing around with recently is throwing with more internal shoulder rotation. Trying it out on the course, it seems like when I get it right my disc's come out faster, but more often then not I dont get a good hit/release the disc early. Do you think it's worth trying to add to my swing?
