You can do that here in DGCR. Just enter rounds using the scorebook here, and the 'Scratch Score Estimate (SSE)' feature will calculate round and player ratings for you.

Or you can look at the other rounds recorded for that course, find one that got the same score as you, and see the rating they were assigned.

The WGE may be a little different than other events. For most sanctioned tournaments, a TD or other players may recognize a non-member and push him or her into an appropriate division.
