OK, since I'm new here...what's with the Polecat?

I think its great. Will hold and float what ever line you put it on. I've sunk many long putts with a polecat (majority anhyzer around what ever obstacle) A friend of mine is a sick putter with one. I'll bet most who laugh, have never thrown.

This is not a joke. On the way to the park today my friend actually bought one. He putted with it the whole round, he putted better than usual and loved it. I was more than a little surprised that it worked so well since we had some strong wind and the lip on that disc screams unpredictable in the wind. One more note on this that I think everyone will get a kick out of, he bought the polecat to replace his perfectly fine avair.

Seriously though, a friend of mine busted out a 100g polecat the other day while we were waiting for the other groups to finish- it was a great catch disc, and I could see it being very good for going where you want it to inside 100ft.

Hey, that was me!!! Sarcasm was used in that sig big time.

Last week I played with some friends, and a new guy showed up and we let him play with us. Hole one, he pulls out a pole cat and we all start laughing hysterically. I gave Ryhno and I think he converted but noway he can go back because I plan on making fun of his grade school skill for life.

I started out with a polecat. It kinda worked for a while and then i discovered the Banger GT which improved my putting 100%. My wife still uses the pole cat and sinks most of her putts. I think it is more luck than anything though. But i would not recommend it for anything other than a dog bowl...

That's what I said...when my buddy and I would play catch with it. we could make that thing do whatever we wanted. maybe I should be using it on the course?!?!?!

Really??? I do that too, and when i need to roll i pull out the Turbo-Putt!

It actually is a great overhand disc. That thing can have some serious left to right and right to left movement when it is upside down.

I just bought one for my son. 100g Polecat. He was using a 150g Aviar ,but it was too heavy for him to putt with, without winding up and basically throwing for the longer putts. It was the only putter that I could find with a low weight.

Polecat is used to describe a weasel or a skunk. Both of it's namesakes stink pretty bad. I've never even seen one though. It looks like a catch disc in that pic.
