Plastic Effects

New to the sport and wondering what effects the difference plastics have on a discs performance. For example say with Innova's drivers, would the type of plastic change the distance that could be aachieved or make it more or less easy to throw straight? trying to figure out if DX's or Pros or whatever material are best for a Tee-bird specifically... but would appreciate general info on this

dx teebird = straightest and longest flying
pro teebird = faster, slightly less high speed stable, slightly more low speed overstable = more s-curvish
champion teebird = overstable until very broken in or if you have 400+ power
