VERY much still a work in progress (and will be for some time). Course isn't ready to play. Many baskets are in and tees are crudely marked, but at this point, there's nothing more than overgrown paths to call "fairways." Don't be suckered into thinking this course is playable in any way. Whomever listed it here jumped the gun.

Course is technically available to play... but that doesn't necessarily mean it "ready" to be played. It available to be bagged, but still too raw to be considered a fun round. Completely unsuitable for a tournament or serious league okay in its current condition.
It simply needs a lot more work in terms of clearing, trimming, tees and markers to be achieve it's potential.
I'm not reviewing it until it's more complete.

Dual concrete tees have been installed on all holes, as well as next tee signs to aid navigation. Still needs a bit of work and decent tee markers with distances, but the course is definitely playable at this time, specifically because foliage hasn't filled in. With good traffic, this course should break in nicely, but a few piles of cleared debris still need to be cleared out.
