Targets-in the scheme of things

If you are grading a course on a 100 scale, what value would you assign to the targets ?

They'd have to be really bad for me to knock any points off.

But the one thing I don't like seeing is when a tree or something fell on the top of them - making them narrow up and down. If that's the case, I will take that into consideration with my Maintenance score.
