Short pitch-n-putt course runs along the Rouge River. Course is currently intended as a pilot, possibly for a second course elsewhere in the city or a permanent installation.

Plays around the back and side of the Melvindale Civic Arena. Holes are relatively straight with water (Rouge River) following holes 1 - 5, and hole 6 has Greenfield Road on its left. Holes 7 & 8 play off small hills. Course is very small with significant dog walking so be a little patient. Hole 1 has no basket, throw to the post.

Local Directions:

Heading north on I-94: Take exit 208 and turn left onto Greenfield Rd. Continue for .5 miles to a right onto Allen Rd. followed by an immediate right onto Dearborn St. Course will be behind the Kessey Fieldhouse (Melvindale Civic Arena). First hole is in the back left of the property against the river inside a grove of young trees. Play continues along the river bank and then circular to Greenfield and hole 9 throws back at the parking lot which is the East side of the Civic Arena.
Park anywhere in the lot, course is short enough to park by 9 and walk to 1 or vice versa.
