Pros:
New teepads are grippy and long.
Signage is great. You can even grab a map at either of the two parking areas.
Holes are generally wooded but not silly, there's always a reasonable line or two. Also, there is quite a bit of variety with length, turn and elevation.
Baskets have slightly modified chains, they are as good catchers as any I've played.
Even though there are dog walkers and joggers around, the course generally keeps play away from them.
The park is nice and clean.
Cons:
If you want long throws, this may not be for you, only three holes over 100m and one requires a bit of shaping in the woods.
No free beer!
Other Thoughts:
Kudos to the good folks who keep the courses in such great shape.
