Super nice and scenic 2+ years

Pros:

Aesthetic-- plays through a park in a resort community that doubles as a small marina for the community lake. Highly unlikely that you will run into anyone besides disc golfers in march but during the summer it may get congested.

Teesignage-- nice, distance and par. No map but not really necessary. The teesigns point at the basket.

Baskets-- DisCatchers. New and very visible in the few areas where trees are involved.

Routing and nav-- a couple of longer walks. Between 3 and 4 and between 6 and 7 but #4 makes the walk entirely worth it.

#4-- this is a true risk vs reward shot. A very slender fairway along the shoreline that opens up to a nice wide bulb of the island. This is a true clencher if I've ever seen one.

Risk v Reward/Water-- Water comes into play on nearly every hole out here (depending on weather). The risk v reward (especially #4) is pretty outstanding.

layout/design-- this course was obviously laid out by a disc golfer. The use of the available topography and foliage is outstanding and every inch of this small island park is used for disc golf. I could go on and on about this place.

Teeboxes-- While they are grass, the teeboxes are even and unrutted as I'm sure they don't see a ton of use.

Cons:

Private-- Someone on disc golf scene said they got a nastygram on their car for playing this course. Yes, this is an exclusive community but it's not gated. I didn't have any issue with playing, though I would be cautious playing here.

Length-- mostly sub-300' holes, but they are done so well that it makes up for the short lengths.

Other Thoughts:

This is one of the best 9-hole courses I've played. I'm so glad I went up here to play.
