Pros:
This is a nice moderatly short 9 hole course. There are 2 tees per hole, allowing a 18 hole round. Two trips around this course measures at 4,500 ft. There are signs at each tee showing the distance, par, and flight path. At this time, there are only 4 true baskets installed, DISCatcher type, however the remaining holes have temporary " Gong " style target poles, until more baskets can be built. This course has only two par 4,s at this time, with the longest being 350+ ft, This course is no Flyboy, but it will challenge even the best player, and also allow the beginner to enjoy it as well !!! This is a private course, so you might need to throw around a couple of horses from time to time, ( and their droppings ) but the feeling of having it all to yourself is nice !!! You will also see deer and wild turkeys often here, which is always nice !!!
Cons:
The biggest drawback is that not all of the holes have baskets at this time. However the temporary gong style targets are fun, and will force your putt to be accurate !!! It's not a grip and ripe course, by any means, but there are a couple of holes, that allow you to pull the driver out of the bag.
Other Thoughts:
Being a private course, you must have permission from the owner to play. Contact Kirk through DGCourseReview ( New2Disc ) or Facebook, ( Kirk Duvall )
