Pros:
- Great use of topography

The course is built on ground adjacent to the Embarrass River ATV park. The land used is very wooded with rolling, rocky terrain. The course is slated to be 18 holes, with 12 of them currently in the ground. The course begins in close proximity to the parking lot.
Tees are constructed of crushed rock. Tee signage consists of red or white simple wooden signs that correspond to the long and short tees. Only basic information is included on the signs, such as hole number and distance. A graphic of the hole would be helpful, as some of the baskets are not visible from the tees. There are some arrows near the baskets and little flags along pathways that aid players in finding the next tees.
The holes provide a good balance of left-to-right, right-to-left and straight shots. The course makes good use of the existing trees and ground slope, of which there is plenty.
There is a reasonable walk from the last hole (#12) back to the parking lot.
In general, it's a fun course to play. The long tees were reasonable for the 900-950 rated player.
