Beautiful course 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Nice open course, cart friendly, dog friendly, beginner friendly
Very well maintained!
Whole property is nice, can be a great getaway for the whole family

Cons:

Bathroom not close to course
Bottom area can be swampy
