Pros:
1) Metal Baskets in good condition.
2) Concrete tee pads.
3) Tee signs at the beginning at each hole. They are clear on where to go.
4) Course loops back to the start. No crossing fairways, fairways are well defined.
5) Lots of camping spaces available.
6) Restrooms located near by.
7) It is located in the beautiful South Dakota hills.
8) It was not crowded, but we were here in the off Season
Cons:
1) Tee pads are a little short.
2) Course holes are short with with most averaging in the 150 ft. to 250 ft. range.
3) Although the course fairway grass is kept short compared to the surrounding field, there is A LOT of animal feces on the ground on the course.
4) No trash bins on course.
5) No benches (But the course is really short)
6) Elevation is pretty flat throughout the whole course. (Except hole two where you throw over a small valley)
7) Holes are not very challenging and do not require much skill to play.
Other Thoughts:
Over all I gave this course a 2 Disc rating. The course was a quick 9 hole that we played as we passed through. The course was very short with the shortest hole being around 140 ft and the longest was 320 ft. There were few if any trees on the course making the holes not very challenging when it comes to accuracy. If you are camping in the area its not a bad quick round to play with some friends, but if you have time, you should check out the other courses in the area. Oh and just a warning, there is A LOT of Animal Feces on the course! So watch your step!
