Other Thoughts:

Some visually stunning placements (starting right away with the basket on #1, perched on a stump on the edge of a huge dropoff), but the deep woods setting comes at the price of being able to safely hike the course. This is especially true on the second half of the front nine, where you're throwing across a ravine several times, and you have to scramble and clamber up and down rocky hillsides with no established paths. There's an active stream to cross at the bottom, so your feet will likely be wet.

There are areas where the "rough" is thick forest, and getting to discs that travel offline can be a time-consuming challenge. An example of this is Hole #6 - a beautiful steep downhill throw off a bluff. The "fairway" is a 60' wide clearing for underground gas pipes through the property, and both sides are untouched forest - so 20'-25' feet offline on a steep 250' downhill makes your disc almost unreachable, possibly wet in a hidden stream, in an unplayable lie.

The layout of the holes is very clever, and there's been an obvious amount of effort to build some tees, mount some basic signage and plant great DisCatcher baskets (one problem with the tees though: I've found that rubber mats get really slick in the woods over time). But the place is still more of a vision than an actual course - it's going to take a huge amount of work to establish clear throwing lanes, create footpaths, steps and bridges to make the hiking safe and the holes a fair challenge.

You might want to wait a while before playing here - it might get a lot better. But in the meantime if you're an inexcusable course bagger (like me), make sure to wear very supportive footwear, be really careful, plan to get wet - and maybe bring a few discs you won't mind losing. Think of it as a hard hike through deep woods with some baskets to show you the way.
