Pros:
The location is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains.
Some of the holes are beautifully laid out to make use of the environment.
The course plays around the grounds of the Agricultural University of Iceland and a local school. There are interesting art pieces scattered throughout.
Signs pointing to the next tee are helpful.

Cons:
The walkouts between holes are super long. So despite the short lengths of the fairways, plan on spending equal time finding the next basket. Definitely refer to the photo of the course map (or snap one yourself).
Other Thoughts:
Overall it's definitely worth playing if for nothing else, the delightful location.
