Souse Gulch overlooking Lake Koocanusa and Libby Dam is a pretty Cool setting for Discgolf
Great use of the Rec Area and Ridges, for a Fun Mix of different Lines to Throw
Lots of Fun Birdie opportunities
Was able to Birdie most Holes over the Five Rounds, except 8 14 & 17
Easy Navigation with the Orange Stickers on the Next Tee Markers, and the Map at 1
I like the Teepads, Wood Framed Decks with Good Rubber Mats on them
18 Chained MachV? with the Older style Baskets, and instead of the Round Number Plate there's usually an Orange Flag
Hole 6 is one of my Faves out there
Can go either Left or go for a shorter Line around Right, but there's a Cliff off Right and the Reservoir down there... excellent Risc÷Reward DG
14 was my Favorite Challenge out there
Tees up onto a Ridge Spine, to a Green outside of the Treeline, and there's Ridge Dropoff Trouble in all Directions if you miss the Green
There's 3 Downhill 'Ski Slope/Fire Lane/Service Road' Holes that I really enjoyed Ripping Shots Down
Also appreciated that 12 + 18 are More Lefthand Friendly Holes
11 is a Funky flex forehand, to a Green down on a Ridgeside
15 is a Funky Tunnel Shot, off a Ridge, seemingly further Down than Out, to a Basket Begging for Aces
1-4 are good for Beginners and or Families, since they are on the Less Elevated area around the Lot, and it makes a nice little Loop
500+ foot Hole 12 and 600+ foot Hole 17, both have a Short Tee option
Rememorable Greens
5 and 6 are along a Cliff overlooking the Lake
7 is up on a Ledge of a Rock Ledge
10 has Dropoffs, Behind and Right of the Basket
14 has the Great View
Fun Aceruns!!!
1 3 5 7 9 13 15 16 & 18
Mid July and things have Grown, but wasn't overgrown, and I was able to Locate all my Bad Throws
Mid July and it wasn't Buggy
Another Course at the Lower Dam, and Two more 20 minutes away in Libby
