Pros:
Well maintained, good distances for beginners and rec play, good views of the lake, and nearby airstrip will have small, low flying planes and helicopters for some sky amusement.
Cons:
Lack of shade, obstacles, can be VERY buggy being right on the lake
Other Thoughts:
Nice little course, tho because it's cut into a field, there's no shade, and so a sunny hot day will be VERY hot, and mosquitoes can be quite aggressive right next to the lake. While the lake doesn't come into play on the fairways, a botched shot can still land you in the water on some holes.
