Awesome little course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 5, 2021 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Beautiful! It's obvious the city has put a lot of money into making and maintaining this course

Short enough holes that beginners won't be overwhelmed, but enough trees and interesting angles to satisfy the intermediate player

Excellent signage - there is no confusion about where the pin is or the distance

Cons:

It's a 9 hole course so if you're looking for 18 you have to play twice. There are 2 tee pads for each hole but they don't always change the hole very much

It can get a little crowded. Since it's a newly remodeled course a lot of people play it, and the wait times at each hole can add up

Other Thoughts:

Overall this is a super fun little course, and for 5$ i can't find much (if anything) to complain about

New home course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 30, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Nice mix of shorter "tunnel shot" holes and longer open holes

Long and short pads are at different angles providing good variety.

Quiet area in the back of the park that people won't be walking through your games.

Three pin positions on each hole makes for interesting variation.

Cons:

Very sandy and dry.

Most of the course there is no shade.

No signs or rubber tea pads (yet). Hopefully they will get these soon.

Other Thoughts:

It would be nice if the city would plant some grass or something. Much of the course is like walking through a sandbox.

I really like the course design and the three different pin positions on each hole makes it a different course every time we play.
