Pros:

this course has really turned around from a few years ago. At least during the late fall through early spring when the grass is short. They have new veteran baskets and it actually has a really fun lay out. Elevation change, different types of water hazards. short long left right open tunnel. it really has everything and once people start learning about it, it should be pretty popular

Cons:

I could see grass getting crazy if not maintained
some poison oak
