Pros:
good baskets
few pedestrians
long holes
very windy
Cons:
few obstacles
bad signage
very windy
Other Thoughts:
I've played the course a few time over the last few years, I only ever play it if I happen to be in the area, I feel it's not worth a long commute. The biggest issues are absolute lack of elevation and only very few obstacles, most shots are wide open with only a few hedges, some mandos and a little bit OB. The course definitely benefits from being 18 holes now, it used to be only 15.
Hedges and trees are slowly growing, so obstacles get a little bit better over time but it will still take many years for them to become challenging.
The course tends to be very windy, so it's a good course to learn how to play in such conditions, you definitely should pack more stable than understable discs.
What's really a pity is the lack of good signage. It's impossible to play the course in its intended layout without a printed or downloaded map, I often find myself searchign for a teepad or wondering which of the baskets on the fairway is the one for this hole. The course would benefit immensly from a touchup in this regard.
I believe the grass is fairly regularly cut, although when I played last time (April 28th 2019), there were many areas of high grass which made tooking for discs quite tedious at times, despite the flat area.
