Pros:
What Prodigy has done here is take some frankly kind of random green spaces in downtown Dalton and make a cool little putter course.
All holes are 70-130ft and par 2 and you could play a few holes after hitting up a local restaurant or shops, and even on the walk in between holes if you are so inclined.
The have signs that are printed on vinyl and are semi permanent, teepads are sidewalk or natural and the baskets are T2s in a variety of colors.
The incorporation into the city and the fact that you can drink downtown makes this a pretty cool way to integrate disc golf even further into the community.
Cons:
It's just a little par 2 course with 8 holes. Super fun but the only challenge will exist for newer players. As the shots are all basically open. I could see a new player trying to throw a fast discs and hitting a car or one over the railroad tracks by holes 1-2.
All but one hole is essentially a dead straight shot with no obstacles and just elevation on one.
Other Thoughts:
This is a really cool idea, and a great way to make disc golf a visible part of the growing community in Dalton.
I would probably give it a 1.5 as a course since it's just 8 very short hole, but they get an extra half point for the fact that it's downtown and you can interact with the downtown area as you toss.
