Pros:

Pine Acres shows some great potential. Currently, the course is still in development. While the course is being worked in and during the winter months, the owners are providing free play. There are still a few cement pads yet to be poured and no signs at this point but once the course is completed, it's sure to claim a great rating! Along with excellent use of natural elevation, trees and water hazards, the course also provides a couple elevated baskets and repurposed sand traps. Some other amenities the complex the course is located at include - mini golf, driving range, batting cages, ice cream and a lunch stand.

Cons:

Hole 8 may require a new tee location or a Mando sign because that house on the right is going to catch a lot of stray discs from players trying to crush hyzer around obstacles. Other than that, many players seem to like open courses. The course was designed well to provide some different shots considering its ball-golf origins. That being said, many holes can be worked out by players with a big right hand backhand hyzer.

Other Thoughts:

Once the course is completed, it will be a great addition to the diverse collection of wonderful courses in our area!
