Pros:
Holes are wide open, with a little length, so there is no fear of disc loss. Tee signs point you in the right direction. Seems to make pretty good use of available space. Bonus: Several fruit trees along hole #5 provided a quick snack.
Cons:
Grass tees will become a problem with any serious use. Most holes would be unusable whenever there are school functions using the fields. Only variety is #9, which is a straight shot between two lines of trees.
Other Thoughts:
A map would be helpful, but not critical. Once you get started, finding the next hole isn't too bad. A fun little course along the highway.
