Pros:
It has some unique holes due to the location.
Cons:
The sports center that the course was build around has expanded - without taking the course into consideration.
Unfortunately this means that some of the holes are unplayable. It also means that your variety of shots on certain holes are very limited due to a soccer field being immediately to your left.

Other Thoughts:
The idea behind the course as a way to grow the sport is great. However, when no-one monitors the course, and the surrounding area expands there is not much course left, unfortunately.
