Pros:
Well kept up, difficult if you want it.
Cons:
When you get like 8 holes in or so it turns into a hell of trees and brush if you don't know the holes. It's pretty difficult to navigate and the maps are a little hard to read to here you a lot of times have no idea where to throw. I would say go here with an open mind to difficult.
