- 12 hole course with permanent baskets, well mounted, all in good repair.
- 2 level, concrete tee pads for each hole. Short tees are intended for recreational players and longs for advanced.
- The course is well maintained with nicely mowed fairways and paths between holes.
- Good use of the available elevation. Hole 12 is a cool little "top fo the world"style hole.
- Water is in play on a couple of the holes, depending on which tee you throw from. Hole 8 form the B box was a cool play and both tees for hole 10 require a water carry(albeit fairly short from the A box).
- Free to play
- Not very busy. We were there on a windy day(shocker) and we were the only park users even though it was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Can't imagine it gets much traffic in the small, out-of-the-way town of Belfield, ND.

- No signage. We used a map from the PDGA directory(very helpful) but it's not downloadable and I'm bad at computers so, sorry, i didn't post it here. The tees are marked with posts which, coupled with the map, make it an easy spin. The only exception being the long Tee for #10 which is on the walking path, marked with white paint, but no post.
- A little too open for my taste of golf. The trees come into play but there isn't much in the way of forced lines other than a couple of holes.
- Bit of a walk back from 12's pin to the parking lot.
- Holes 2-6 play a bit congested. No fairways actually cross but they sure play right next to each other. Would be more of an issue if this were a busier park or if trying to run an event.

This is a well put together course for the piece of land it's on. The congestion of holes could cause safety issues with multiple groups and could be confusing for those less apt with map reading as the posts by the Tees have no signs/hole number. Despite the flaws, its fun play regardless of a player's distance abilities since the short tees offer more manageable looks than the longs if desired. A few cool shots, some nice golf holes, and a little meh. Worth the spin if you're cruising the 94 on that side of Dickinson.

+ Pleasant park style course with mowed fairways, pond, some well developed trees/shrubs, and a large hill. Lends itself to variety of different challenges in play (water, elevation, placement, obstacles, etc.)
+ Most holes have short and long tee options.
+ Large concrete tees and Discatcher Pro targets are all in good condition.
+ Mix of long open holes with few shorter technical throws mixed in.

- The first half of the course is packed densely into a mostly open area, with fairways stacked together and sometimes overlapping. This would create danger if the course was crowded. The course is not ideal for leagues/tournaments for this reason.
- It seems like over half of the holes are open, long bomb type challenges. There are other design elements throughout the course, but overall the balance leans heavily towards distance.

For the piece of land available, they really did a nice job with this course. It has a polished feel with mowed fairways and the high quality tees/baskets in good repair.

There are posts at each tee that look like they're intended for tee signs. Adding that signage would help to improve navigation among the short/long tee options, especially where some of the fairways are packed close together.

There is some dense rough that can swallow a disc, but it is avoidable and mostly around the edges of the property.

Being in the ND plains, this course is often subject to high winds.
