Pros:

*Massive elevation changes of 50+ ft up and down on multiple holes.
*Tight woods
*Brand new, pretty clean for being a new course!
*Many signature holes!

Cons:

*As time goes on I foresee a couple potential issues. #1 will be this course will be next to impossible to mow being on a steep hillside filled with trees. Your best bet will be a metal weed whipper.
#2 Will likely be trash. It's brand new and the trash cans are already overflowing. I want to know how they plan on getting to the top of the hill to get garbage out of the cans. Someone will have to carry cans down by hand, down a steep hillside.

Other Thoughts:

I personally rated this course very high for one main reason, it offers a very different variety that no other course does in the twin cities and that is massive elevation changes in tight woods. It has elevation changes of Afton Alps/Hyland Ski but has tight woods lines similar to Hidden Lake/Somerset. The course distances are not crazy long in ft but half the holes play much longer(Hole 17 is 150 ft but plays uphill at a 35-45 degree angle so probably plays 275-300 ft).

A great course with a backpack and if you are in shape.
